Semi-private coaching means you’re training in a small group (usually 3–5 people) with a dedicated coach. You’re not following a generic plan; instead, each person's workouts are built for your body, your goals, and your ability level.
You’ll still receive regular feedback, coaching guidance throughout, and progress tracking.
