Executive Lifestyle Coaching: practical support for your goals

Coaching helps you to set boundaries, prioritise what matters, and create routines that support both your performance and personal wellbeing. You may already exercise or eat reasonably well, but still feel tired, stretched or stuck in the same cycle.

Our Executive Lifestyle Coaching programme was created to address these challenges.

This is a 12-week executive lifestyle coaching programme designed to help you improve your energy, focus, sleep quality, stress management and work–life balance through realistic, practical strategies. It’s not about overhauling everything at once or following strict rules. It’s about identifying what isn’t working and making changes you can actually sustain.

The programme combines personalised 1:1 lifestyle coaching with weekly group sessions. This structure allows you to learn and apply what you’re working on, rather than feeling overwhelmed with information.

What people gain from the programme

Many people join the programme looking for guidance and structure, but often leave with far more clarity than they expected.

“I went into it hoping for a bit of guidance, but I’ve come away with a clearer sense of direction, stronger confidence in myself, and practical strategies that genuinely fit my day-to-day life. It’s been far more impactful than I ever anticipated.”

Why the structure works

Participants see improvements in their energy levels, focus, stress management, sleep quality, nutrition choices, productivity and overall mindset. The 12-week length is intentional, giving enough time to test strategies in real life and make adjustments that actually stick.

The 1:1 lifestyle coaching sessions are often where the biggest breakthroughs happen. These sessions focus on applying what’s covered in the group discussions to your specific situation, challenges and goals.

“The 1:1 sessions were extremely valuable in helping me apply what I’d learned.”

Even during particularly stressful periods, the structure and support of the programme can make a noticeable difference.

“Being on this programme during a really stressful period actually kept me sane. It helped keep my stress levels low and my perspective clear.”
