R1F Executive Lifestyle Coaching is a private 12-week experience led by Anna Banton, Head Coach and Owner of Route 1 Fitness.
Designed for professionals who want to operate at their best, mentally, physically, and emotionally, without compromising success in other areas of life.
We create a personalised framework that combines evidence-based health coaching, lifestyle optimisation, and high-performance strategy, helping you align your energy, habits, and mindset with your goals. This programme combines 1:1 executive health coaching with weekly group masterclasses focused on key performance and lifestyle topics. Delivered primarily online, with the flexibility for in-person sessions.
Weekly group sessions provide insight and structure, while individual 1:1 coaching focuses entirely on your priorities and challenges.
We establish the foundations, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement, and from there, we tailor each element to fit your personal circumstances, values, and goals. You’ll refine, reflect, and embed new systems that sustain long-term success by revisiting key topics later in the process.
Originally from Sweden, Anna began her career as a registered nurse before moving to the UK in 2009. After caring for her late father and supporting her two sons following their autism diagnoses, Anna shifted her focus from in-treatment to prevention. She retrained as a personal trainer, combining her medical background with a passion for helping others build physical and emotional resilience.

In 2016, Anna joined Route 1 Fitness as a member before stepping onto the coaching floor a few years later. By 2021, she was a full-time coach, and when the opportunity arose in 2022, she and a colleague took over the business, transforming Route 1 into Crawley’s award-winning, community-driven performance gym.
Anna’s approach blends empathy with evidence. Drawing from her background in healthcare and advanced coaching, she helps clients understand their bodies, manage stress, improve recovery, and align their daily habits with long-term goals.
