From there, our expert coaches will work with you to develop a customised plan that fits your life and the foods you enjoy. We don't believe in restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all workout routines. Instead, we focus on creating an enjoyable and sustainable fitness plan for you.

Our semi-private coaching plans are the perfect start to your R1F Journey as they’re inclusive of all our services and provide a holistic approach to your fitness journey to ensure you get the results you’re looking for.

What’s Included in our semi-private coaching packages?

With our full semi-private coaching membership, you get access to all of the below and much more! The key difference in semi-private coaching is that, unlike personal training, coaching sessions are with a small group of a maximum of 5 individuals. This approach ensures you get the ideal balance of supervised coaching with socialising or independent training and it’s a far most cost-effective than personal training sessions.     This is our all-inclusive package for those looking to really transform their health and wellbeing from multiple angles. You will be working directly with Master health coach Anna. Limited spaces.

    Unlike the other memberships, with this option you will follow a pre-set fitness programme which is not bespoke to you. There are several programmes to choose from such as fat loss, muscle gain, strength etc. so they’re perfect for if you’re already confident in the gym and are just looking to work towards a specific goal.
