Group Classes

At R1F we have an incredible community and we firmly believe in the many benefits of training as a group. Throughout the week we run a number of core classes and do ad-hoc events, such as Olympic lifting seminars, which are all open to members and non-members.

  • Women’s Weekend Workout

    For our female clients, our Saturday morning workout is the perfect way to start your weekend. Our coaches will guide you through a variety of exercises that focus on strength, endurance, and flexibility and you'll leave feeling strong, confident, and ready to conquer your week ahead.

    - 8:00 - 9:00
    - Maximum 10 participants

  • Lifting Classes

    We do a variety of specific lifting classes throughout the year. Learn how to Olympic lift or join us for our fun max lifting events, where you test your one-rep max or five-rep max.

    - Women-only max lifting
    - Men-only max lifting
    - Introduction to weightlifting
    - Olympic lifting

All our group classes are included in our semi-private coaching packages but if you’re a non-member wanting to drop in, you can pay on the day for £12.50 a session!
