At R1F we have an incredible community and we firmly believe in the many benefits of training as a group. Throughout the week we run a number of core classes and do ad-hoc events, such as Olympic lifting seminars, which are all open to members and non-members.

       Women’s Weekend WorkoutFor our female clients, our Saturday morning workout is the perfect way to start your weekend. Our coaches will guide you through a variety of exercises that focus on strength, endurance, and flexibility and you'll leave feeling strong, confident, and ready to conquer your week ahead.
